You may return any purchase to us made over the web to us subject to the following:

ALL RETURNS NEED TO INCLUDE THE ORDER NUMBER
If this is not done your refund will be held up as we wont know who the item is from so no refund will be given unless we know the order number.
To be eligible for refund, your item must be unused, in the original packaging with the original tags on the garment and in the same condition that you received in. Should there be any sign of wear a exchange or refund will not be valid. Items of wear include an example of the following: Odour (e.g Body odour, Perfume, make up etc). All faults or issues need to be notified within 24 hours of delivery .
The Customer is responsible for returning the item back to our returns address, postage costs are to be paid be the customer and tracking for the parcel is to be obtained from the post office. All items are packed and inspected by 2 people under CCTV in order to stop fraudulent claims.
Items must be returned unused, with all original packing material within 14 days of purchase .
Items must be unused and in a saleable condition
Items such as underwear must be returned unopened and unused with the tamper seals in place where tamper seals are provided
Include t note or a copy of your email invoice with the goods or order number. Send the goods in appropriate packaging not reused mailing, bin bags bags or crushed and heavily taped that will damaged items .
We do not refund return shipping costs: unless items are faulty ,in which case we will refund the cost of a return label it is your responsibility to return items to us; Items returned that cancels out our free shipping will be charged the initial shipping cost if the order remaining is below our free shipping amount.
Refunds will be made to the card that was used for the original purchase. Refunds are processed as soon as possible. Your bank/credit card provider can take up to 24 hours of a working day to credit your account after we have notified them of a refund.
Please note that it is not possible to return items in person & nbsp; purchased from our website to our address. You must follow our returns policy and return goods by post. Items that are returned and make the order free postage but below the allotted free postage onthe ones kept, the post cost will be taken from a refunded item . PLEASE BE ADVISED TO SEND BACK TRACKED AS WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR MISSING RETURNS.
